Mould and Bacteria May Cause Asthma and Allergy
Mould & Allergy
Moulds reproduce by tiny spores that can be present on both surfaces and in the air, they live in moist places like bathrooms, kitchens or air conditioners. Some moulds remains allergenic and toxigenic to our health even when dead.
As tiny mould spores become airborne, they can trigger or aggravate asthma symptoms and cause allergic reactions, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and irritated eyes in people who have mould allergies. Identifying the particular mould species found at home is crucial for you to locate and eliminate the source of mould growth.
This test aims to identify the types of moulds by taming samples of indoor air or hard surfaces where mould growth is suspected.
After sampling is completed, the samples will be sent to a laboratory in Canada. The lab has been accredited to ISO 17025 international standard by the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA) for identification.
